We believe that the quality of a Center is primarily a reflection of the quality of its staff. Our staff is experienced and qualified. We actively encourage continuing education and training of staff through courses and workshops. Staff is trained in CPR and First Aid. All staff undergoes criminal background check and three month probation, before joining. Our hiring practices look at not only qualifications and experience but also how nurturing and loving they are, around children.
